DMscape — Privacy Policy

We collect only limited information provided by the Instagram Graph API, specifically:

• Your Instagram User ID
• Your Instagram Username

This information is used solely to maintain your game profile and leaderboard standing. We do not collect passwords, email addresses, payment details, or any other personal information beyond what Instagram provides.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Operate gameplay mechanics and track skill-based rankings.
• Display your username on the leaderboard.
• Award in-game Diamonds based on leaderboard performance.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your game data for as long as your account is active.

You may request the deletion of your game data at any time by contacting us at admin@dmscape.gg. Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove your Instagram identifiers from our active databases within 30 days.

4. Children's Privacy

DMscape is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@dmscape.gg and we will promptly delete it.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Platforms

DMscape is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram, Meta, Discord, Apple, or any other platform provider. These platforms are used solely as communication or distribution channels. Their own privacy policies govern any data they independently collect.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates become effective upon publication at this URL. Continued use of DMscape after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
